When people break the rules, others get hurt, killed, or worse, disgraced. In the case of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.estripes.com\/article.asp?section=104&amp;article=53265&amp;archive=true\" title=\"Starkers &amp; Stripes Forever!\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this soldier<\/a>, we were lucky that his shenanigans hurt nobody but himself.
